Hi, I’m Linda qualified Naturopath for over 32 years and founder of Just for Tummies - a targeted range of digestive, bladder and vaginal supplements

I was in clinical practice full time for 27 years in Nottingham, booked up 6 months in advance and was being contacted mainly by women wanting help with various digestive and gut issues. Guiding on diet and recommending products tailored for their particular circumstances and health issues. The pivotal moment towards developing my own range of supplements came when a young female fitness instructor, visited my practice, regularly taking over 20 supplements at once,  she burst into tears with frustration because not only was it costing her a fortune, she was still presenting with bloating and constipation. On looking through everything with her we realised she needed to bring these down to just 3 supplements to begin with and progress on her journey from there. 

This confusion and frustration is not unique to her, many women don't experience problems at all before the perimenopause years (which can start any time up to 10 years before actual menopause) but then due to changes in hormones, a variety of symptoms can emerge ranging from - IBS, constipation, Acid reflux through to bloating, UTIs and more.

My drive is to be able to offer good, professional advice on which supplements can be used to help reduce certain symptoms and to raise awareness around the importance of good digestive and gut health for a strong immune system, as well as overall health and wellbeing. Focusing on improving this one area will not only prepare your body for Menopause but also support and strengthen your system throughout your Post Menopausal years.
