Join Us For A Night Celebrating Women

We are thrilled to be taking part in an evening celebrating Women and raising money for a great cause. 

You're invited to join Us for the International Women's Day -  IWD Cafe,  the free bonus event exclusively for ticket holders of the evening show DIVA - at De Montfort Hall, Leicester. 
A pre show session with opportunity to meet International Women's Day enthusiasts who will be sharing and demonstrating some of their work relating to women in modern day life.

We will be joined by two specialists who we work with: 

 Pamela Windle, Women's Health Coach sharing knowledge on nutrition and how it affects menopause.

and Emma Woods, Yoga Instructor - demonstrating simple yoga breathing techniques which can bring calm to anxiety and stress often experienced during perimenopause and beyond. 

Also at the pre-show event 

- Khudeja will be talking about the charity of the evening - Shama Womens Centre - helping women from diverse communities overcome cultural, economic and language barriers to achieve wonderful things

- Karen shares her enthusiastic knowledge of suffragettes in history and now

- Observe and experience an Angel Dance exercise class from Leicester's Afro Caribbean Centre
